Sai Ashram Animal Shelter houses over 300 dogs, 2 pigs and 2 donkeys. It was set up by Mr Vishwant Kumar in the year 2000.

Preceding his unexpected demise in 2007, a group of his friends and animal lover's are trying to look after the sick and injured dogs that are housed there.

We work to reduce the population of dogs on the streets by following the ABC( Animal Birth Control)program being encouraged by the WHO
We work closely with NGO's around Delhi like Red Paws Rescue to aid us in our work and conduct workshops and awareness programs in schools, colleges and companies. We are also partaking in Initiatives related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with companies and businesses around Delhi.
